Love it here peace and tranquility and friendly people only been here 2 mths and we love it here.
This Park is something special to see! Quiet, well maintained, and close to North Utica, NY which is presently going through a modernization which includes some of the best dinning in the State!

Nice clean well kept modular home park. Its obvious the residence and caretaker take pride in their small community.
