Where this data comes from
Every fact on a park page traces to a named public record.
State registries
Every listing starts with a public state registry: the New York annual mobile home park report, data.oregon.gov, data.illinois.gov, the Florida Department of Health current park list, and the Colorado park search database. We re-pull each registry when the state updates it, and each page shows the date of the pull.
Inspections in New York
New York county health departments inspect mobile home parks and publish the results. The inspection file carries no registry ID, so we join the two by park name and county. When a match is uncertain, the page says so on the inspection section. We would rather flag a doubtful join than show data that may belong to a different park.
Complaints in Colorado
Colorado pages list complaint cases from the state mobile home park program, including the case number, its status, and the allegations recorded. A park with no cases shows that too.
Google reviews
Where a park can be matched confidently to a Google Maps listing, the page shows its rating and excerpts from recent reviews. Reviews belong to their authors and to Google. A page with no review section means we could not match the park with confidence.
The written summaries
The opening paragraph and the inspection summary are generated from that park's own registry and inspection rows, then cached, so the same records always produce the same text. They add no information beyond the public records.
