Nice and quiet. Some people don't follow the rules and have trash outside (mattresses and such) and sleeping bags in the window on one trailer but overall people try to keep up their lots and trailers…
Lot rent is reasonable but that's about it. Maintenance is incredibly lazy, They don't fix anything, Heck you barely see them in the park. Most of the time they're chilling at Stewart's down the road.
