The park is well maintained. The houses all look nice. The roads can use some much needed tlc but my friend that lives there says they are redoing them all this summer 2020.
Lived there for 10yrs. Nice community. No privacy, kids, managers and everyone else walks in your yard. When ever they feel like. Get more and more rules every yr. Mail is always screwed up…
