This is a manufactured house community. I live here. Owner occupied units. Quiet country place. Minutes from the village of East Aurora.
Nice quiet place to relax. Great view of the stars.
Lived there in the 80's. Manager is fantastic to work with.
Water pressure was awful, almost thought the lines were either frozen or broke. At least it was plowed.
